Traffic Offence

A traffic offence doesn’t have to be the end of the road.

Traffic offences can range from parking & speeding tickets, to driving while disqualified and drink driving. Whatever it is you’re accused of, we can help.

We’ll do everything possible to prevent you from losing your license, and reduce any fines you might have.

Speeding ticket, or infringement notice

If you’ve received a speeding ticket, or any kind of infringement notice you can appeal the fine in the Local Court. Please be aware, if you choose to go to court fines may be increased, and if convicted, an infringement can show on your criminal record. Standard three month disqualifications can also be increased at the magistrate’s discretion.

Loss of Licence

If you’re facing the loss of your driving licence, whether it’s an accumulation of demerit points or something more serious, there are certain steps we can take to prevent it.

Every case is different but we’ll always give you a clear understanding of the situation, outlining your options and the consequences of any decisions.

We’ll do everything we can in your drivers licence defence, where the court will take your traffic record, exceptional circumstances, and your genuine need for a licence into consideration.
