Colin Revelman, Lawyer Director of Revelman Legal, began legal practice in a boutique law firm in Sydney. Following, he contracted as an in-house legal counsel in the Employment Law Unit, Office of The General Counsel, NSW Police Force.
Colin’s primary practice areas are Employment Law & Industrial Relations, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law and Migration Law. Colin appears in all jurisdictions including the NSW Local, District and Supreme Courts, the Fair Work Commission, the Chief Industrial Magistrates Court, the Federal Courts and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
Colin holds a Master of Laws (Legal Practice) (ANU), where he authored papers on Employers Duty of Care in Workplace Bullying, Inducing Breach of Restrictive Covenants in Employment Agreements, Dispute Resolution and in Private International Law. His high interest in legal practice stems in part from other lawyers in his family. He is the nephew of the late Lionel Revelman QC, who was made Queens Counsel at the age of 34, making him the youngest Queens Counsel in all Commonwealth countries at that time.
Prior to practising law, Colin held senior management positions with Australian & International hospitality and commercial real estate companies. His combined legal and business experience enables Colin to grasp our client’s matters from both a practical and legal perspective, maintaining a prime focus on solution-driven client service and satisfaction.
